I put this on the neigbor's little rat-lookin' mutt!
Now, mind ya, I'd NEVER even begin to think about putting a doggie costume on MY cat, but,
the neighbor's little "yappity yap" -- don't talk back -- little Hawaiian cha-waw-wie dog
looks so cute in this outfit even our cat doesn't mind playin' with him -- now.
